New features in version 2.7 are the signature verification and technical validity check.
Signature verification: The signature of your certificates is now checked for validity and authenticity when added in the Corona-Warn-App. This means that only certificates issued by an authorized body can be imported.
Technical validity check: The Corona-Warn-App now shows you the technical expiration date of the added vaccination and recovery certificates. The app can notify you in advance of the expiration of a certificate.
